All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected family/business emergency, have a medical emergency, etc. If the course has to be changed or the race cancelled due to an act of nature, or the event time changed due to circumstances beyond our control, there are no refunds or rollovers. You may not give your bib to another person without going through the transfer process. NO exceptions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The participant acknowledges that the registration is only a license to participate in the event. There is no guarantee as to any element of the scheduled event. The scheduled event may be cancelled, shortened or altered due to weather, other acts of God, terrorism, or for any other reason or reasons within or not within the control of Life Time, whether in whole or in part. There are no refunds for any reason whatsoever. The registrant understands that these terms are a conditions of the entry fee and agrees to register subject to these terms.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
